GP ST/GPVTS Course

Our GP ST/VTS Preparation Course, which will run in London, is designed to help you in your preparation for your approaching ST Stage 3 GP Selection day.  With competition ratios expected to be even higher in 2009, our course is fully adapted to the new GP ST Selection format and will ensure that you are fully prepared for the practical exercises used in Stage 3. The aims of this GP ST Selection Skills Course, which has been designed by doctors and is restricted to small numbers to ensure that you benefit fully, are to help you:

• Prepare you fully for the Stage 3 practical selection tasks: consultation exercise, group discussion exercise, and prioritisation exercise
• Give you a clear understanding of what you will be faced with 
• Give you the opportunity to gain plenty of practice in the different practical scenarios you will be faced with
• Our GP ST/VTS Interview Course will improve your overall approach to the GP selection process and improve your confidence

Devised, prepared and delivered by our experienced GP's, our GP/VTS course is designed specifically for the GP ST selection process. We cover topics such as body language, ethical issues, questions and scenarios that can arise during the Stage 3 process, NHS hot topics - and try to challenge your assumptions about General Practice and what a career within it entails.

Each workshop is restricted to small numbers to ensure that you gain the most value from the day, and costs just  £249 for a one-day session. This price includes:
