Who will enhance my application or CV?
All of our services are delivered by highly experienced Consultants who have many years experience facilitating pre-registration training applications, CVs and application forms.
How long with the CV Support Service take?
Once we have received payment for the CV Support Service, we will provide you with a request for additional information within 48 working hours by email. You are required to respond to this by email, within 48 hours. Following receipt of your responses, our writers will begin working on your CV and you will be provided with a copy of your CV within 4 working days. Once we have received your request for amendments we will implement the changes and post your completed CV to you within 7 days.
What if I wish to include information that is not in my original CV?
You will have the opportunity to make us aware of any further information you wish to be included in your CV when you receive the request for additional information. You will have a second opportunity to request any amendments to your CV once we have sent you the initial copy.
Can I phone your offices to request any changes?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal answers or requests for changes over the telephone as we require a written record of your responses.
Will I be able to make changes at a later date?
We provide you with a fully-editable electronic version of your complete CV in addition to hard copies. This will enable you to update your CV as your career progresses.

Who will edit my application?

How do the application services work?
All correspondence is sent via email if possible to ensure our services are delivered as quickly as possible. Once you have completed your online payment, you will be prompted to email us with your CV, application form and attempted answers. Using this information and our experience, we will take your responses and improve them.
How long will it take?
Once we have received all the information we require, we are able to provide you with your completed application answers within four working days.
What if you do not have all the information necessary to complete my application form answers?
We will contact you via email if possible to request any additional information which we feel will enhance your application. At this point, you will also be given the opportunity to provide us with any further information that you have not included in your CV or attempted application answers.
Will you complete all the sections of my application form?
We will not edit your factual information such as personal details and career history etc. Please also note that we will not fabricate information.

Where do you run your courses?
Our courses are held in a variety of venues across the UK including London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff and Edinburgh. We at Apply2Medicine are continually looking to cater for all our customers needs and if there is a more suitable venue for you please complete our online enquiry form and let us know.
Do I need to bring anything with me on the day?
No, all course material is provided on the day, including pens and paper. In addition lunch is also provided. It may be helpful for you to bring along your CV on the interview courses, but this is optional.
Do I receive any proof of attendance?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance on the day.
Are your courses Royal College accredited?
Yes, where stated our Career Development courses are all Royal College accredited with CME/CPD points.
Can I claim back the cost of the course?
Yes, we can provide you with proof of your attendance upon request so that you may claim back the cost of the course from your hospital/trust - or we have forms which can be downloaded and signed by the hospital to authorise it at the online point of booking.
What if I book a place on your course and then cannot attend?
If you have booked a place on one of our courses and then find that you cannot attend we will gladly swap you on to an alternative day, providing the date of your course is 2 or more weeks away.If you are not able to swap to an alternative day we will provide you with a refund, although please note that this will be minus a £50 administration fee.
I like the sound of your courses, but can't make any of the dates, what can I do?
In this instance we recommend that you contact us, either via our Online Enquiry Form or by calling us on our freephone number 0800 612 1135 to check whether we have any additional dates which may be more suitable. In addition, you may wish to consider a One to One session which you can book via the website or the phone line.
Does it matter what grade and specialty I am when attending the courses?
No, all our Career Development courses are designed so that all grades and specialties can gain a great deal. In fact, participants often tell us being able to mix is one of their favourite parts of the day.
