• State what needs to be considered when preparing a teaching session
• Understand how people learn and which teaching methods can be used for effective learning
• Demonstrate effective listening and questioning skills when checking trainees' understanding
• Identify the key behaviours an effective teacher uses to create a supportive learning environment
• Design and deliver effective one-to-one and group teaching sessions
• Explain how to give effective feedback
• Demonstrate how to validate a teaching session
• You will receive a receipt for study leave reimbursement together with an official certificate of attendance for your portfolio
