The aim of this 1-day course is to introduce doctors of all grades (including Foundation, SHO, SpR and Staff Grade from all specialties) to the principles of leadership and management within a healthcare setting.  The course has been designed by doctors and has CME/CPD Royal College approval. The aims of this course are to:

• Understand the principles of effective leadership and management
• Explore the flexible leadership model
• Increase your confidence to lead within a healthcare setting
• Give and receive effective feedback
• Implement effectively into your day to day work what you have learnt during the course
